TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Upon signing a 1/2/4-hour rental agreement, the costumer is obligated to pay 100% of the rental price. When booking, an advance payment of 30% of the total rental price is required. In case of cancellation due to bad or unstable weather conditions, a 100% REFUND of the advance payment will be issued. If the guest cancels the rent on their own, the advance payment WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. First possible rental is available at 09:00 and the last possible rental at 17:30. In regards to other options, please enquire in advance. All equipment must be picked up directly from Sailing Club "Kvarner" and returned there after rental.
